British Sign Language (BSL) users, can now use Convo to contact Start Up Loans, part of the British Business Bank.
Convo is a free service that will connect you to a qualified online BSL interpreter.
The interpreter will replay the conversation between you and a Customer Service Advisor at Start Up Loans.
The Customer Service Team is available to answer any general queries you may have about the Start Up Loans Scheme or questions specific to your application.
You can download the Convo app on your mobile phone or tablet. Alternatively, you can use a web browser by visiting https://uk.convo.io/UserWebApp/login.
If this is your first time using the service, you’ll need to complete a one-time registration. Once logged in, you can contact Start Up Loans for free through the Community Directory by tapping on Start Up Loans, British Business Bank and then ‘call’.
